Another piece in response to my grandmother's passing. This was the very first thing I painted since she passed. Her favorite holiday was Easter.

This is very elegant and peaceful. . . I love the hair, the coloring, lighting, and the calm feeling I get when I look at this piece. You have my sympathy for your grandmother. I know how it feels since I have lost grandparents myself. :hug:

Another beautiful painting! The light in the darkness seems very appropriate for Easter. As someone else said, very elegant, and I love the movement and fluidity in the fairy's hair.
